Diaper Presoak

1/2 cup baking soda
1 gallon warm water
1/4 cup ammonia

Combine ingredients in a clean one-gallon plastic jug and shake to mix thoroughly. To use, pour as much of the solution as you need into a laundry tub or bucket and soak the dirty diapers for several hours before washing. You can also put the diapers right into the washing machine, pour the Diaper Presoak over them, and let them soak overnight. The next morning, fill the machine with cold water, agitate, then rinse. Wash as usual.
